🎡 How to dispute a Session

You can always dispute a Session within the first 10 minutes of session start time, if

  • The Participant misrepresented themselves in their profile or application.

  • The Participant has severe articulation issues.

  • Technical issues on the Participant's side prevent you from conducting the Session.

Please reach out to us on support@poocho.co or ZohoDesk you wish to dispute a Session. Final decisions regarding disputed sessions rest in the hands of Poocho’s review team.

If your dispute is approved, you won’t be charged for that Session (including incentive payouts).

Warning
You cannot dispute Sessions if you wish to change your target audience or after completing them.
