🎡 Joining your Session
When you Schedule a Session, you’ll receive an email with a 'Join your Session' button at the bottom.
You’ll also get two reminder emails — one roughly a day before and another an hour before the Session starts. Each reminder includes the same 'Join your Session' button for easy access.
To join through the platform:
- Log in to your Dashboard.
- Select your Study.
- Go to 'Ongoing'.
- Filter by 'Scheduled'.
- Click 'Join your session' under 'Actions'.

🎡 Leaving your Session
You can leave a Session in two ways. 'Leave the room' Click this button if there are other Researchers still in the Session and only you want to exit. 'End meeting for all' Click this button If you want to close the Session completely.
