🎡 Starting your Session

Sessions are conducted right here on the Poocho platform. 

You can join up to 10 minutes early.

• All Sessions are video-based and recorded automatically once two people join.
  

Make sure your Poocho Wallet has enough funds to cover the Session. Otherwise, you will not be able to start the same.

• 🎡 Leaving your Session

  You can leave a Session in two ways. 'Leave the room' Click this button if there are other Researchers still in the Session and only you want to exit. 'End meeting for all' Click this button If you want to close the Session completely.

• 🎡 Viewing Session recordings

  To watch your Session recording, you will have to download it first. To download your recording: Navigate to the Completed tab. Click Download recording. Recordings are downloaded in .mp4 format

  You will be happy to know that the platform reminds Participants about their Sessions automatically! ??? Participants receive email and (if they’ve consented) WhatsApp notifications reminding them of their sessions. These reminders go out multiple ...
