You will be happy to know that the platform reminds Participants about their Sessions automatically! 🎉😃🤸
Participants receive email and (if they’ve consented) WhatsApp notifications reminding them of their sessions. These reminders go out multiple times - stressing the importance of attending their Session as scheduled - before Session start time. It is also outside our scope to personally reach out to Participants. You can read more about that here.
Unfortunately, we cannot reach out to Participants beyond this.
