We are currently working on a feature that would allow you to communicate directly with Participants through the platform. Unfortunately, in the meantime, we are not able to personally reach out to Participants. Participants consent to receiving very specific types of notifications that are automated from Poocho and we must honor those boundaries. It is not within our mandate — or our bandwidth as a Platform— to relay custom instructions through our personal capacities. 

If you need participants to receive corrected information, we recommend duplicating your study and making the necessary edits there so that all future communication is accurate and consistent. You can learn how to do that here.
