๐Ÿ  Set your Session up for success

To set your Session up for success, keeping the following things in mind will be helpful: 

  • Before you launch your Study: Double-check your Screener, Study details, and Session duration before sending invites.
  • Punctuality: Be on time - it keeps things moving!
  • Connectivity: Be in an area with strong internet connectivity when conducting your Session.
  • Cancellations: Do not cancel a Session less than 1 hour before the start time; the system blocks this. If the Participant arrives within 10 minutes of the Session start time, the Session will be marked as completed and you will be charged.
  • Early Screening: Do not terminate a Session after the first 10 minutes. If the Participant does not meet your screening criteria, make sure to confirm this within the first 10 minutes. Otherwise, the full Session cost including the Participant incentive will apply.
  • Participant Availability: We encourage Participants to share the times they are comfortable with. If a Participantโ€™s schedule does not match yours, weโ€™d highly recommend scheduling with another Participant. We do not support direct calls to Participants.
  • Advance Booking: The platform does not allow for Session bookings less than one hour in advance.

Scheduling exactly one hour in advance may not feel like enough notice for Participants. We recommend scheduling as much in advance as possible.
