🏠 Do’s & Don’ts (to keep things smooth)

Do - 

  • Double-check your Screener, Study details, and Session duration before sending invites. 

  • Be on time — it keeps things moving!

  • Be in an area with strong internet connectivity when conducting your Session.

Don’t - 

  • Cancel a Session less than 1 hour before start time — the system blocks this.
    WarningIf the Participant arrives within 10 minutes of Session start time, the Session will be marked as completed, and you will be charged.
  • Ask us to check a Participant's availability at a specific time. We encourage Participants to share the times that they are comfortable with. If a Participant's schedule does not match yours, we'd highly recommend scheduling with another Participant. 
  • Try to book Sessions less than 4 hours in advance. Our platform won't allow it. We promise the Participant a 4-hour notice to be contacted and prepared for their sessions.
