🎡How can I get support during a Session?
Your Ops Specialist joins in the first 10 minutes of each Session to confirm attendance and make sure things start smoothly.
Live-session Support is available 10 AM – 8 PM IST, Mondays to Sundays.
If you are running a Session outside these hours:
If a Participant hasn’t RSVP’d, consider Rescheduling.
Wait at least 10 minutes after Session start time in case they’re running late.
If you face a technical issue you can’t resolve, simply Reschedule or Cancel the session from your Dashboard.

🎡 Leaving your Session
You can leave a Session in two ways. 'Leave the room' Click this button if there are other Researchers still in the Session and only you want to exit. 'End meeting for all' Click this button If you want to close the Session completely.
🎡 Viewing Session recordings
To watch your Session recording, you will have to download it first. To download your recording: Navigate to the Completed tab. Click Download recording. Recordings are downloaded in .mp4 format
