🎡 Viewing Completed Sessions
Go to the Completed tab on your Study Dashboard to see your finished Sessions. When the status changes from “Payment pending” to “Paid,” your recording will become available.
You will be able to view or download a recording after payment has been processed. If you cannot find a Session you are expecting, contact your Ops Specialist.
