🎡 Can you confirm a Participant's attendance for me?
You will be so happy to know that the platform asks for confirmations automatically! 🎉😃🤸
Participants receive email and (if they’ve consented) WhatsApp notifications prompting them to confirm their upcoming Sessions. These reminders go out multiple times - stressing the importance of confirming their Sessions - before the Session start time. It is also outside our scope to personally reach out to Participants. You can read more about that here.
Unfortunately, you will need to wait for the Participant to confirm through the system. If they do not confirm, you can read more about what to do here.
