Who owns the survey data?
You retain full ownership of your data. If a Participant requests account deletion, their personal data is removed from the Poocho platform. In such cases, Researchers are required to promptly delete or anonymise any Participant-related data they may have collected from past or scheduled Sessions.

How do I close my Survey?
Your Survey will close automatically once it hits your response cap. You can also close it manually at any time from your Dashboard by going to the 'Overview' tab and clicking on the 'Close Survey' button on the right side of the screen.
How do I view my Survey responses?
Once responses start coming in, you can view your results directly on the platform. Results are displayed as charts and data visualisations — no need to export to a spreadsheet just to make sense of things.
