What are my responsibilities when a Participant requests account deletion?

If a Participant requests account deletion, their personal data is removed from the Poocho platform. In such cases, Researchers are required to promptly delete or anonymise any Participant-related data they may have collected from past or scheduled Sessions. This includes removing any personally identifiable information (PII) from notes, recordings, transcripts, or downloaded files. Researchers may retain fully anonymised insights that cannot be traced back to the participant. Participant deletion requests are privacy-sensitive, Researchers are expected to act on these requests as soon as they are notified. To know more, please click here.
