For your safety and the Participant’s, you cannot access or collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) through Poocho. Sharing or requesting PII of any kind, like
- Participant addresses
- Phone numbers
- Social Media IDs
- Medical Records
is not permitted on our platform. This includes through your Screeners and/or during your interviews.
We understand that some studies require off-platform interactions. If you need to connect with Participants outside Poocho, we have a formal contact access policy that ensures Participants knowingly agree to share this information with you. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to learn more about the approved consent process.
