🎡 How to close your Study
Once you’re done conducting Sessions, please close your Study to stop receiving new applications. Before this, make sure to
Clear all pending payments.
Decline or finish any Scheduled Sessions
To close the Study, go to the 'Overview' tab and click 'Close Study.' Only the Study owner can close a study.
The Close Study button is circled in greenThis action cannot be undone.
If no Sessions are conducted within 2.5 months, your Study will close automatically. Don't worry, we will notify you first.
You will still have access to all your data, including Participant info and Session recordings.
