  Surveys are self-administered questionnaires that Participants fill out in their own time. Think of it like sending out a questionnaire but with Poocho’s panel and incentive infrastructure built right in.

• Can I use Poocho Points for Surveys?

  Yes! Surveys are available as an add-on component to your existing bundle. You will need to top up your Points accordingly to cover Survey responses.

• How do Participants find out about new Surveys?

  Participants are notified about Surveys through emails, WhatsApp notifications and their Poocho dashboard.

• How is pricing calculated for Surveys?

  Pricing is based on the number of questions in your Survey. The more questions you include, the higher the cost per response and the higher the incentive Participants receive for completing it.

• Can I use Poocho Studio to analyse Survey responses?

  No. Surveys can be analyzed within the Surveys module but not in Poocho Studio.
