🎡 Rating your Participants
Poocho has a built-in Ratings system. We highly recommend rating Participants. A Participant's rating helps Researchers make informed decisions about recruitment. This also helps us make ongoing improvements to the platform.
At the end of each session, you will get the opportunity to quickly rate a Participant on their ‘Timeliness’, ‘Quality of Information Shared’ and the ‘Quality of their Session’.
What Ratings look likeIf you miss this, no worries! You can also rate completed Sessions afterwards by:
1. Going to the 'Completed' tab in your dashboard.
2. Going to the specific Participant’s row.
3. Clicking the star icon '⭐' under ‘Actions’ The Rating icon is in the far right.
