• Can I see individual responses, or only aggregated data?

  Yes, you can see individual responses as well! You can view these individual responses in the 'Table' section of the 'Responses' tab of your live Survey.

• How do I view my Survey responses?

  Once responses start coming in, you can view your results directly on the platform. Results are displayed as charts and data visualisations — no need to export to a spreadsheet just to make sense of things.

• Can I use Poocho Studio to analyse Survey responses?

  No. Surveys can be analyzed within the Surveys module but not in Poocho Studio.

• Can I use Poocho Points for Surveys?

  Yes! Surveys are available as an add-on component to your existing bundle. You will need to top up your Points accordingly to cover Survey responses.

• What is the quality check, and what happens if a response fails it?

  After a Participant submits their Survey, our system automatically reviews the response for quality. If a response passes, the payout is triggered. You do not receive responses that fail quality checks, nor are you charged for them.
