🗝️ How long does Poocho retain Study data?
Poocho retains Study data on the platform for up to one year after a study is closed, in line with our data retention policy and customer agreements. Researchers may also request deletion of a Study at any time after closure. Draft Studies can be deleted immediately. Closed Studies follow a deletion process that includes Researcher notification before deletion is completed.
